VersaKids provides general educational and family information for personal use. It does not provide individual medical, psychological, developmental, legal or other professional advice.

Personal, non-commercial use

You may read, print and use VersaKids resources with your own family or in your own classroom where the file permits this. You may not sell, republish, remove branding from, upload publicly, distribute as your own or use VersaKids material to train a commercial system without written permission.

Safety and suitability

Adults are responsible for checking materials, environment, age guidance, allergies, product instructions and the level of supervision required for the child and situation. Stop an activity if it becomes unsafe or unsuitable.

Accuracy, availability and links

Content is reviewed with care but may contain errors or become outdated. External websites and downloads are controlled by their owners. VersaKids may update, move or remove content without notice.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the VersaKids name, original text, design and downloadable resources are owned by VersaKids or used with permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VersaKids is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content or from misuse of an activity, printable, product or external link. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
