You’ll receive three files in A3, A4, and A5 sizes.
From the moment you submit the form until you receive your family tree, we’re with you every step of the way.
Within 7 business days of receiving your form, we’ll send you an initial sample of your family tree via email.
If everything looks good, you’ll receive the final printable version within 2 business days after you approve the sample.
If you need any changes or revisions to the family tree, just let us know within 3 business days after receiving the final sample.
Once we’ve made the adjustments, you’ll receive the final file.
